Inspired by our experience in Italy, we established this small business in Birkenhead in 2013, now we are 8 year's old.
We make our ice cream in a way which we have learnt from the Italian gelato master Claudio who's been in the industry over tens of years and is still operating his business in Victoria Australia and offering his support to us. Meanwhile, we source the fresh ingredients locally to develop authentic KIWI flavour recipes with the help from Chef Che Barrington who has operated boutique restaurants like the Blue Breeze Inn , Woodpecker Hill and Chop Chop Noodle House in Ponsonby Central Auckland .
In the past 8 years, we have witnessed a lot of enjoyments and laughter. Kids have become teenagers and teenagers become young adults. We have also grown simultaneously in such a nice community.
